Led by Max Freyne, our circuit training classes are designed to help you improve your fitness and endurance while increasing strength, conditioning and mobility. We have car parking spaces for those driving, plus toilets for changing and a kitchenette area with potable water, however we do not have showers. Upon entering, please do not step on the mats with outdoor shoes. Current members can just turn up to attend a class, provided your membership tier allows. Non-members must book on in advance by clicking below.
