KICKBOXING
OUR APPROACH
Our classes, held in The Workshop, are designed specifically for beginners who want to develop a basic repertoire of punches and kicks while enjoying a functional, fun, full-body workout.
Both gloves and hand-wraps will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have them. We recommend wearing comfortable sports attire and bringing a bottle of water. Kickboxing is practiced barefoot, so please keep your toenails short and don't wear shoes on the mats. Toilets are available for changing if needed, but we recommend arriving ready to workout. Parking is also available on site.
