For many years, kickboxing has been one of the world's most popular combat sports and martial arts; for good reason. As a mixed martial art in its own right, kickboxing combines techniques and movements from a variety of stand-up combat sport disciplines, such as karate, Muay Thai and western boxing.
Our classes are designed specifically for beginners who want to a basic repertoire of punches and kicks while enjoying a functional, full-body workout.
Both gloves and hand-wraps will be provided, so all you need to bring is comfortable sports attire and a bottle of water. Kickboxing is practices barefoot, so please keep your toenails short and don't wear any shoes on the mats.
Toilets are available for changing if needed, but we recommend arriving ready to workout. Parking is available.
