TYPICAL BEGINNERS ROADMAP

We recommend attending 4 INTRO classes if this is your first time training. Once you have completed the CORE BJJ curriculum you will be able to attend TOTAL BJJ classes but this is not essential - many members enjoy making CORE BJJ their primary practice.

FLEXIBLE CLASS PROGRAMME

After completing the 25 CORE BJJ classes you can attend any of the 3 class formats. All intermediate and advanced members are welcome and encouraged to attend INTRO, CORE and TOTAL BJJ classes.
