This is our brand new gym located in The Workshop, 25a Rodney Street. Members can now add access to the gym for only £15 per month starting from February 3rd.

FAQs
You will be able to book a session at the Workshop Gym using the Low Tide app. Sessions are in hourly slots and have a limited number of attendees.

What does it cost?

For current members, you can sign up for gym access for £15 extra per month.
​
What times can I attend?
​
The Workshop Gym is open on Mondays to Thursdays at 8am - 7pm and Fridays to Sundays at 8am - 9pm.​ The Gym won't be available at times when a class is being run.
How do I sign up?

Is it available to non-club members?
​
Currently no, the Workshop Gym is exclusively for members of Low Tide. We may open to non-members in the future.

Can I use the boxing bags?
​
Yes, but boxing gloves must be worn at all times when using this equipment.
Can I roll or spar with others on the blue mats?
​
There is strictly no sparring allowed. However, you can drill/practice techniques with a partner.

How can I access the The Workshop Gym?
​
The Workshop Gym is self-accessible as it will not be supervised by staff members. Upon sign-up you will be provided a digital door lock code to let yourselves in.

Is a Gym induction required?
​
When you sign up you will be sent a health and previous gym experience questionnaire. You will only need an induction if you have no previous experience using gym equipment.

Can I wear shoes in The Workshop Gym?
​
No outdoor shoes can be worn in the gym. However, clean indoor shoes, socks or bare feet is allowed.
