This means, our focus is on safe, fun, inclusive and playful training in a supportive and friendly atmosphere, particularly for recreational and hobbyist practitioners. We give our full support to any members who do want to compete, however, we believe in refined, well-timed technique over 'hard, aggressive rounds', and do not tolerate any dangerous or abusive behaviour.
