A fast-paced, calorie-burning circuit training class including combat sports and strength and conditioning exercises such as boxing padwork, battle ropes, skipping, box jumps, kettlebells and more.

If you want to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must do this earlier than five hours before the start of the class. If you have paid in advance and cancel within five hours of the class, there will be no refund.
